If you hold tickets to a rescheduled event, your tickets are usually valid for the new date. Attending the event, and using your tickets, helps the artist, the event promoter, and the venue to continue recovering from the pandemic.

If you can’t make the rescheduled date, please don’t hold onto your tickets; sell them to someone who wants to attend the event. Sell your tickets through our local resale partner Tixel. Like us, they’re independent, Australian owned and facilitate the safest way to resell tickets.

In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, the event promoter will announce refunds (if they haven’t already), and we, in turn, will communicate with all ticketholders. We can only provide refunds when the event promoter authorises us to do so.

If you wish to proceed with a refund request, all tickets ordered will be refunded if approved. To request a partial refund, please reply to your original order receipt with your request.
