The music and events industry is in a precarious state, so venues and promoters are asking that if you'd love to help and you're in a position to do so, not applying for a refund would go a long way to make sure there are future events ready to go when we’re able to.

If you'd like to proceed with your request, you can do so by entering the email address you used to order below, and we'll send you links where you can initiate the refund process where applicable.

IMPORTANT: If your credit card has been lost, stolen or recently expired, you will be notified during the process to arrange alternative processing of your refund.
